BODY - BAREFOOT MOVEMENT

I have been teaching movement for nearly three decades, nationally since 1996 and globally since 2001. I was one of the original Nia trainers, and what I've learned in all those years comes down to something simple: the body already knows how to heal. It just needs permission, space, and a rhythm it can trust.
This is barefoot movement. No forcing. No performing. Just your body, the ground beneath it, and the kind of gentle, expressive motion that releases what's been held too long and restores what's been forgotten.
Body. Mind. Spirit. They don't heal separately. They heal through each other. And movement is the bridge.
