The ritual:

This is best done in the shower. Give yourself the time.

Place a tablespoon into a small dish. Add two teaspoons of hydrosol or water and a pump of Kalahari Seed Cleansing Oil to form a soft paste. No Kalahari? A drop or two of good olive or sunflower seed oil works beautifully.

Massage into damp skin in gentle circular motions. Face. Neck. Hands and elbows with whatever remains. Be gentle. Be slow. Let your mind wander somewhere warm and green, a garden thick with roses, the sun on your shoulders, nowhere to be.

Then let it sit. Five to ten minutes. The grains and clay form a gentle mask, drawing out what's hidden while delivering minerals deep into the skin. When you're ready, splash and rinse. Remove any remaining grains with a damp cloth.
